When Createspace quietly decided to lay off staff and curtail services to writers, a lot of people came out of the woodwork to profit from the situation. Some people and companies charging hundreds of dollars for the pleasure of creating and loading up your ebook to Amazon. Turns out that not only can you do it yourself in a few clicks, but you can still afford quite a few lattes and smashed avocados with the change.

For the many years I have been using UEC I have NEVER had to purchase new modules. All upgrades are free forever, (so long as forever lasts). Well, given that I only take on work if someone gets down on their knees and begs me, while waving dollars, I’m not going to tell.
